Working closely with sales, licensing, solutions, and finance teams, you'll support operational queries and help deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Microsoft orders, renewals, and agreements accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer, supplier, and internal queries using Microsoft systems and tools.
• Support the team with licensing and operational queries.
• Monitor workloads, deadlines, and SLAs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, contract, and renewal records.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure compliance and minimise errors.
• Work with Finance to resolve invoice and billing queries.

About You

• Previous experience in Microsoft Operations, licensing, order processing, or a similar role.
• Confident using Microsoft systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A team player with a commitment to delivering high standards
