Mid Weight Interior Architect

A Mid Weight Interior Architect job is available in Surrey with a luxury residential interior design practice. This role suits a designer with 4+ years' UK experience in luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects, combining creative design confidence with strong technical detailing skills across concept, design development, technical documentation and project delivery.

• Develop design proposals and client presentations

• Produce coordinated technical drawing packages and schedules

• Create detailed interior architectural information

• Coordinate with internal and external project teams

• Attend project sites and meetings when required

• 4+ years' UK project experience workin on luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects

• Strong interior architecture detailing and technical knowledge

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite

• Driving licence and access to a car

You should be confident contributing independently while supporting senior colleagues and wider project teams. Clear communication and experience working from concept through detailed design and technical documentation are required.

• £40,000+ dependent on experience

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Hybrid working with four office days
