Day shift, permanent - MIG welder - production welding and fabrication

THE ROLE:

A great permanent job opportunity for a MIG welder with some welding and fabrication experience who wants to continue to develop your skills in a growing and successful manufacturing business.

TASKS:

In this role you will carrying out production welding on a variety of components as well as using jigs and fixtures to fabricate a range of assemblies.

You will inspect your work to ensure all appropriate standards are met and work to company health and safety standards at all times as well as contributing to the production environment in other ways when required.

SKILLS NEEDED:

To apply for this role you should:

- Have experience of MIG or similar welding techniques (1 year+) working on products requiring a good level of dimensional accuracy.

- Be enthusiastic and keen to develop your skills further.

- Be reliable, consistent and self-motivated, keen to work as part of a team.

- Work with efficiency and accuracy following engineering drawings and work instructions.
