There's also a clear path to build on that with fully supported gas brazing training.

As a MIG Welder, you will benefit from:

• Fully supported, on-the-job training to develop your skills in gas brazing
• The opportunity to broaden your capabilities within a structured facility environment
• A 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday), with overtime available on Fridays
• Consistent, methodical work that rewards precision and attention to detail

As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing MIG welding as your core discipline across a range of structural assemblies
• Carrying out TIG welding work as required
• Developing gas brazing techniques over time, including work on centre tube structures
• Maintaining cosmetic quality standards across all completed work
• Working methodically and accurately to meet production schedules

As a MIG Welder, your experience will include:

• Proven MIG welding capability as your primary skill, ideally within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Some exposure to TIG welding is beneficial but not essential
• Experience working with mild steel materials
• A track record of producing cosmetic quality finishes
• A genuine willingness to develop additional skills, including TIG and gas brazing
