Role: Production MIG Welder
Location: Suffolk
Hours: Monday to Friday, Days
Pay: Up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production MIG Welder to join a busy and well-established engineering manufacturer in Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business producing high-quality fabricated components in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out production MIG welding on mild steel components.

• Work from engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Produce consistent, high-quality welds to meet production targets.

• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working area.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure deadlines are achieved.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a production MIG welding environment.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
