Mill Operative in Ely, Cambridgeshire

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mill Operative in Chettisham, Ely.

As a Mill Operative you be required to:

• Sweep the Mill, ensuring its kept to high standards
• Supporting the running of the Mill's machinery.
• Pack, store or move finished products.
• Check the product quality and report any issues to management

What we are looking for:

• Reliability and punctuality
• Teamwork and clear communication.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.

The shift pattern is 4 days on 4 days off, one week on day shifts (6am-6pm) and one week on night shifts (6pm- 6am), however, while training it will mostly be days.

Must be available to start immediately.
