📍 Dagenham (relocating to Thurrock)
💷 £14.80/hr PAYE or £19.33/hr Umbrella
🌙 £40 Night Shift Allowance

We are currently recruiting for an Asphalt Mixer Operative to join a busy asphalt production plant on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with a well-established business.

Duties:

• Operate and monitor the asphalt mixing plant
• Carry out routine inspections and basic plant maintenance
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
• Complete production records and support daily operations

Requirements:

• Experience in an asphalt, quarrying, manufacturing or process plant environment is preferred
• Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of health & safety
• Reliable, proactive and able to work rotating day and night shifts
• Mobile plant experience (Loading Shovel, Telehandler or FLT) is advantageous
