As an MLD Assistant, you will:
- Support students with Moderate Learning Difficulties on a one-to-one and small group basis.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Encourage students' confidence, independence, and academic progress.
- Promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
We are looking for an MLD Assistant who:
- Has a caring, patient, and compassionate approach.
- Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
- Has an interest in SEN or a future career in education, psychology, or therapy.

- Pay: £93-£110 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Contract: Full-time
