As an MLD Assistant, you will:

• Support students with Moderate Learning Difficulties on a one-to-one and small group basis.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Encourage students' confidence, independence, and academic progress.
• Promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

We are looking for an MLD Assistant who:

• Has a caring, patient, and compassionate approach.
• Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
• Has an interest in SEN or a future career in education, psychology, or therapy.

Job Details

• Location: Bicester
• Setting: Secondary SEN School
• Start Date: September
• Pay: £93-£110 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
