Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their engineering team covering a small portfolio of commercial sites across East London. What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial air conditioning systems.
- Service, maintain, and fault find on AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and in line with manufacturer and compliance standards.
- Complete routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and minor component replacements.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Maintain accurate service records and deliver a high standard of customer service across all sites.
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or an equivalent qualification.
- F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
- Experience maintaining commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- Salary up to £55,000 per annum

- Monday-Friday working pattern (8am-5pm)
