I'm working with a long-established and rapidly growing air conditioning specialist who has built an excellent reputation across London and the surrounding Home Counties.

They're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Repair Engineer to join their growing team - someone who is technically strong, enjoys fault-finding and wants the opportunity to develop their skills, take on more responsibility and progress within the business.

You'll be working across a varied portfolio of air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on service, breakdowns, repairs and diagnostics, alongside opportunities to get involved with installation, commissioning and project work.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Service & Repair Engineer, you'll be carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive works across commercial and domestic environments.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems
  • Fault-finding and diagnostics
  • Working on VRF, VRV and split systems
  • Attending breakdowns and carrying out effective repairs
  • Completing commissioning certificates and job documentation
  • Providing technical advice and recommendations to customers on site
  • Occasionally supporting installation, testing and commissioning on project works
  • Working to agreed programmes and maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Representing the business professionally on customer sites

What We're Looking For

  • City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas & ODS Regulations - Category 1
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification AC experience
  • Strong background in service, breakdowns and repairs
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with VRF/VRV and split systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach

IPAF/PASMA would be advantageous but isn't essential - training can be provided.

BMS knowledge would also be a bonus.
