Mobile cleaning supervisor

We have a great opportunity for a full-time Mobile cleaning supervisor to join our team in Ellesmere Port

Location: CH65 0BA

Hours: Flexible, between 5am-8pm depending on business needs, plus participation in an on-call rota for emergency calls only.

Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE

Job type: TEMP, initially till 31st December

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (travel between sites)
• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning/facilities management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and juggle priorities

Core responsibilities:

• Supervising cleaning staff and maintaining service standards
• Planning/adjusting work schedules
• Ordering supplies via the Group Supervisor
• Escalating operational/staffing issues
• Auditing compliance with company standards
• Running monthly Toolbox Talks and one-to-ones with staff (performance, wellbeing, updates)
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
• Supporting team training and development

Hands-on daily duties:

• Cleaning surfaces, kitchens, toilets, etc.
• Safely operating/maintaining cleaning equipment
• Waste disposal and recycling
• Restocking hygiene consumables
• Reporting hazards/defects
• Routine inspections
• Responding to customer/operational requests
