Mobile Electrical Engineer

This role suits an experienced electrically biased engineer with a strong building services background who is comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
The Role
As the Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll:
- Deliver electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems.
- Inspect, fault-find and repair electrical equipment across multiple sites.
- Service TMVs and support associated building services maintenance.
- Travel between sites across the West End and wider London portfolio.
- Work proactively to maintain reliable building services and minimise downtime.
To be successful as the Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll have:
- A recognised electrical trade qualification.
- Around five years' experience within commercial building services environments.
- Strong electrical maintenance, fault-finding and repair experience.
- Practical experience servicing and maintaining TMVs.
- Ability to work independently across a mobile portfolio.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- £48,000–£50,000 salary.
- Mobile role across a London commercial property portfolio.
- Majority of sites located within London's West End.
- Varied electrical and wider building services maintenance responsibilities.
