Location: Kent (Covering sites across Kent & Medway)
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Overtime + Call-Out (1 in 6)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

We're recruiting for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to maintain a portfolio of high-profile transport and infrastructure sites across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term contract offering excellent benefits, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.
The Role
As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance

Fault finding and repairing electrical systems and building services equipment

Maintaining lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and small power systems

Completing electrical testing, inspections and minor installations
-
Assisting with basic mechanical and plumbing maintenance where required

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Completing electronic job reports and maintenance records
-
Building strong relationships with clients across multiple sites
What We're Looking For
-
Previous experience as a Mobile Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (desirable)

Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Full UK Driving Licence
