Salary: £44,000 per annum

The Role We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, covering five care home sites across North and East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrical Engineer who enjoys working across multiple sites, managing their own workload, and delivering high-quality maintenance within a healthcare environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 16:00
- Mobile role covering five care home sites across North & East London
- 1 in 4 call-out rota (following successful completion of induction)
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently.
- Complete emergency lighting tests and general electrical inspections.
- Carry out minor electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensure statutory compliance and accurate completion of maintenance records.
- Liaise with site teams and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the wider engineering team where required.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or building services maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
- Willing to participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota.
- £44,000 basic salary

- £1,200 annual call-out allowance
