£45,000 + £125 Standby Rate + Overtime + Company Van & Fuel Card
We’re looking for a qualified Level 3 Electrical Engineer with 2391 Inspection & Testing to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, supporting one of our exciting new aviation maintenance contracts.
Role Overview As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned, reactive and preventative electrical maintenance across a portfolio of major airports throughout the UK.

- Manchester
- East Midlands
- Humberside
- Leeds / Bradford
- Liverpool
- Birmingham
- Newcastle
- Glasgow
- Edinburgh
- Carrying out planned, preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
- Conducting electrical inspection and testing in line with current regulations
- Completing EICRs and other electrical certification where required
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults safely and efficiently
- Supporting the wider FM team to ensure critical airport facilities remain operational
- Responding to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requirements
- Ensuring all works are completed to the required health, safety and compliance standards
- Completing accurate maintenance records, reports and certification
- Working closely with clients, subcontractors and site teams
- Participating in the 1-in-5 call-out rota once fully inducted
- Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
- Strong commercial electrical maintenance experience
- Proven experience in electrical testing, inspection and fault finding
- Good knowledge of current electrical regulations
- Previous experience within an FM, commercial, critical or aviation environment is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel extensively between sites
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Willingness to participate in a 1-in-5 call-out rota
- £45,000 basic salary
- £125 standby payment
- Overtime paid with a minimum of 4 hours per call-out
- 1-in-5 call-out rota
