We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities maintenance provider covering a small portfolio of commercial sites across Bristol and Yeovil.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with a local patch, minimal travel and a strong benefits package.

The Role

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of sites, ensuring building services equipment is maintained to a high standard.

The role primarily covers:

  • 2 sites in Bristol
  • 1 site in Yeovil

There will also be occasional visits to sites in Middle Wallop and Gosport, typically only a couple of times per month.

Duties

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Electrical fault finding and repairs
  • Reactive maintenance tasks
  • Testing and inspection of electrical systems where required
  • General building services maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Completing maintenance records and reports

Requirements

  • Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition desirable
  • Experience within facilities management, commercial maintenance or building services environments
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
  • Full UK driving licence
