We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a professional and friendly team covering sites across West London.

This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity working within a mobile grounds maintenance team alongside an experienced Team Leader. The role involves maintaining a variety of high-end residential developments, office blocks, and court premises to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and pruning
• General grounds and landscape maintenance
• Leaf clearance and litter picking
• Maintaining communal outdoor areas
• Using grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Travelling between multiple sites daily with the team

Requirements:

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence advantageous
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
