The Role
As the Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you'll:
- Carry out reactive electrical maintenance across residential properties.
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete necessary repairs.
- Travel between properties throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
- Respond to a variety of electrical maintenance requirements.
- Work independently to complete allocated maintenance tasks.
To be successful as the Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you'll have:
- A Level 3 electrical qualification.
- 18th Edition electrical qualification or knowledge.
- Practical electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
- The ability to work independently in a mobile maintenance role.
- Experience working in residential properties would be advantageous.
- £40,000–£41,000 annual salary.
- Permanent position.
- Company van and fuel card provided.
- Uniform provided.
- Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
- Mobile role covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.
