We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance
Engineer with a strong Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning bias to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
- Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical, electrical or HVAC-related issues.
- Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, motors and associated equipment.
- Undertake general mechanical or electrical maintenance in line with your core trade.
- Carry out general plumbing and building services maintenance where required.
- Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
- Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
- Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
- Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns across the London and M25 area.
- Complete job sheets, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships with clients.
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning or a related building services discipline.
- Proven experience within commercial building services maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
- A clear Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning bias.
- Good understanding of commercial HVAC and building services systems.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload across London and the M25.
- £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and bias.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
