Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a growing building services company with a stable portfolio of long-term commercial contracts across London.

Working within predominantly commercial office buildings, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding across a variety of building services systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance

• Basic electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, smoke alarms, lighting and switches

• AHU and FCU servicing and maintenance

• Motor replacements and pressure testing

• Plumbing maintenance including leaks, blockages, taps and water temperature testing

• General HVAC maintenance

• Building fabric repairs including basic carpentry and general maintenance

Requirements

• Proven commercial building maintenance experience

• Strong fault-finding ability

• Good knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and basic electrical systems

• F-Gas qualification is highly desirable

• Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition or 2391 would be advantageous

• Stable work history and a proactive approach

Package

• £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience

• Company van and fuel card
