Mobile Maintenance Technician (Electrical OR Mechanical) at JLL, Burngreave

Position- Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location- South Yorkshire
Job Type- Fulltime
Shift timing- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On call rota basis & Flexible to work on weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance using JLL's CAFM system
• Conduct regular inspections and repairs on building fabric/facilities
• Perform basic plumbing, drainage, water hygiene, painting, and carpentry tasks
• Engage with specialist subcontractors and maintain accurate site records
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation
• Report issues accurately and escalate when required

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management
• Fabric Engineer apprenticeship/Carpentry & Joinery qualifications or similar
• Proficiency with PDA and CAFM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to time constraints
• Customer-focused with professional appearance

Working Conditions:

• Must reside geographically near job sites
• Flexibility required for weekend work and on-call rota
• Shared rota pattern with team members
• Compliance with company and site personnel policies
