We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering commercial and mixed-use sites across London.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and general building services tasks while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service are maintained at all times.

Key Mechanical Maintenance Engineer duties include:

• Planned and reactive works
• Plant checks
• Repair pumps and motors
• AHU's and FCU's
• Water hygiene checks and plumbing systems
• Follow strict safety regulations
• Respond to emergency breakdowns

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• City & Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification
• Strong service experience
• Experience within the facilities maintenance or building services sector
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
