Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established client to recruit an experienced Plant Engineer to join their engineering team in the Chelmsford area.
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant and construction machinery, carrying out diagnostics, fault finding, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs using the latest diagnostic equipment.
Requirements
- Experience working on plant, construction or agricultural machinery.
- Strong hydraulic, mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience using diagnostic software.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- £20.00 - £22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Company vehicle.
- Overtime paid at time and a half.
- 39-hour week: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
- 32 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
- Pension and ongoing manufacturer training.
