Alecto Recruitment is working with a well-established and highly respected specialist within the construction plant industry, who are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join their growing engineering team.

Salary & Benefits

• £38,000 - £42,000 basic salary
• Company Van (L3 H3) & Fuel Card
• Company Pension
• 28 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays
• 5 days reserved for the Christmas shutdown
• Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 5:00pm

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of construction plant machinery.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Attend customer sites to complete planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Complete inspections, service reports and ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Heavy Plant Technician.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Experience working on construction plant such as excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers, loaders or similar equipment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
