Mobile Plant Fitter

Northern Ireland, Mobile/Field Based
£35,000 to £50,000 DOE + Company Van

An established construction equipment dealership is looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to service and support customers throughout Northern Ireland.

You will work on a varied range of modern plant machinery, including excavators, telehandlers, rollers, dumpers and other heavy construction equipment.

• Service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults

• Attend customer breakdowns across Northern Ireland

• Complete preventative maintenance and warranty repairs

• Carry out inspections and prepare equipment for customer use

• Accurately complete service reports and parts documentation

• Provide a professional service while working independently on customer sites

• Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, HGV Technician or similar

• Strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills

• Experience working with excavators, telehandlers or similar construction equipment

• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload

• Full UK driving licence

• £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
