I’m currently recruiting for a Mobile Plumber to join an established maintenance team, working across a Westminster council contract covering a portfolio of commercial properties.
This is a great opportunity for a plumber with strong commercial maintenance experience and, importantly, hands-on knowledge of HIU systems.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:

Servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on HIU systems

Planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance
-
Diagnosing heating and hot-water issues
-
Repairing taps, valves, pipework, sanitaryware and associated systems

Maintaining pumps and other mechanical equipment
-
Carrying out general commercial building maintenance

Completing maintenance records and job reports

Liaising professionally with clients and site teams
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong commercial plumbing and heating experience
-
Previous HIU servicing and fault-finding experience
-
Good knowledge of hot-water and heating systems
-
Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
-
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
-
A full UK driving licence and a professional approach
