Mobile Plumber

Mobile Plumber/Mechanical Engineer, £300 a day, 8 hrs, start ASAP, DBS

This is a mobile maintenance role working across Trust clinics, predominantly covering South West and South East London. Candidates must have their own plain (unbranded) van, tools, and PPE.

The successful Mobile Plumber/Mechanical Engineer will:

• Carry out general plumbing and mechanical maintenance works.
• Undertake tap, pipe, sink, and valve replacements.
• Be competent in the use of freeze kits and press fit guns.
• Have experience with water treatment and L8 compliance.
• Work across multiple Trust clinic locations throughout South West and South East London.

Role Details:

• Start date: Monday 20th July 2026 (preferred)
• Duration: Initial 4 weeks
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Rate: £300 per day
• Fuel costs are included within the day rate (not paid separately).
• Parking expenses will be reimbursed by the client via expenses claim form.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Previous maintenance plumbing/mechanical experience.
• A valid Basic DBS certificate or the ability to obtain a clear Basic DBS check.
• Your own plain (non-sign written) van.
• Your own tools and full PPE.
• Relevant plumbing/mechanical qualifications and experience.
• A Blue CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
