Mobile Responder (Field)
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rota - including nights, weekends and Bank Holidays
Pay: £13.45 per hour, plus an additional £2.00 per hour enhancement for any hours worked between 10:30pm and 6:30am
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role:
We are looking to recruit compassionate and caring Mobile Responders with experience in the care sector to join our amazing team in the Wakefield area.
This role involves helping vulnerable and elderly clients feel safe and supported in the comfort of their own homes, as well as when out in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls from customers and service users.
- Attend callouts to clients’ homes for a variety of support needs.
- Deliver services in line with contract requirements and operate within the agreed parameters of the role.
- Ensure all work undertaken on customers' premises is carried out safely, with the customer's consent and in accordance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the care sector is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge of Lifeline services and associated equipment would be advantageous
