Location: Wirral & Southport
Salary: £28,053 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, are looking for a Mobile Response Cleaner to support cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites within the Wirral and Southport region. You will play a key role in delivering high standards of cleaning services and ensuring client service level agreements are consistently achieved.

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable individual who can respond to changing operational requirements and work across a variety of locations. Daily and weekly assignments will be allocated by the Sector Manager, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio of sites.
• Carry out all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in your remit.
• Respond to requests and operational priorities set by the Sector Manager.
• Complete periodic cleaning activities in line with client specifications and schedules.
• Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain site standards, including stock control and the organisation of cleaning storerooms.
• Record site visits accurately and ensure all required time and attendance procedures are followed.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.

• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a responsible, ownership-focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence, as travel is required within the role.

Working Pattern

• Monday to Saturday
• Operational hours between 7:00am and 10:00pm
• Rotas assigned by the Sector Manager based on business requirements

Additional Information

• This is a mobile position covering sites across Wirral and Southport.
• Travel is required and occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
