A leading automotive repair business is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile SMART Technician to join its growing team covering Bristol and Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SMART Repair Technician looking to maximise their earnings while benefiting from ongoing training, recognised qualifications and a strong team culture.

Working in a field-based role, you'll carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs while delivering exceptional customer service across a variety of customer locations.

• Carry out SMART repairs including paint, scratch, dent and minor bodywork repairs
• Travel to customer locations carrying out repairs on-site
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
• Manage your workload independently while maintaining company standards
• Work towards IMI qualifications and ATA accreditation
• Represent the business professionally across the region

• Previous experience within a bodyshop, SMART repair or vehicle paint repair environment
• Minimum 2 years' relevant industry experience
• Strong paint repair and cosmetic vehicle repair skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Full UK driving licence

• £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
• Uncapped bonus scheme and holiday bonus pay
