Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Mobile Support Cleaner to deliver cleaning services across multiple sites within the allocated remit, ensuring all operational standards are met in line with client specifications.

Job Overview

This role involves supporting the delivery of cleaning services across a number of sites, ensuring that all locations are maintained to a consistently high standard. You will play a key part in supporting daily operations, responding to management requests, and maintaining compliance with client and organisational procedures.

The position requires a flexible and proactive individual who can adapt to different environments and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. A strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to site-specific protocols will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across assigned sites in line with client specifications
  • Respond to requests from the Sector Manager and support operational requirements as needed
  • Complete periodic cleaning tasks to 100% of the agreed schedule
  • Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements
  • Maintain effective relationships with client representatives and internal personnel
  • Ensure familiarity with opening and lockup procedures across all assigned contracts
  • Support onboarding of new employees through site familiarisation and training on cleaning regimes and procedures
  • Maintain stock levels of materials and consumables, ensuring storerooms are organised and reporting any shortages

Person Specification

  • Experience in comparable role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and support front-line colleagues
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to manage client expectations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including working with remote teams
  • Flexible, adaptable and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage priorities and projects effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a responsible, ownership-driven attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (company van provided)
