Location: Manchester – M60 Ring Road Area
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Mobile Tyre Fitter to join a busy and established automotive business operating throughout the Manchester area.

Working in a mobile capacity, you will be responsible for attending commercial and private customer locations to carry out tyre fitting, repairs and replacements on a range of cars and vans.

The role will involve travelling to different locations predominantly within the M60 ring road, providing a professional and reliable tyre fitting service. You will be supplied with a fully equipped company van, which must be returned to the yard at the end of each working day.

This position would suit an experienced Tyre Fitter or Mobile Tyre Technician who enjoys working independently, has strong customer service skills and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

The Main Purpose of the Role

• Attend commercial and private customer locations to carry out mobile tyre fitting services.
• Fit, replace and repair tyres on a variety of cars and vans.
• Inspect tyres for damage, wear and other safety-related issues.
• Carry out puncture repairs where appropriate.
• Ensure all tyres are fitted correctly and safely in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Provide a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers on-site.
• Organise and manage daily appointments to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Complete job sheets and any required documentation accurately.
• Maintain the mobile fitting van, tools and equipment to a high standard.
• Ensure the company van remains clean, organised and appropriately stocked.
• Follow health and safety procedures when working at customer premises or roadside locations.
• Return the company van to the yard at the end of each working day.

You Will Have

• Previous experience working as a Tyre Fitter or Mobile Tyre Fitter.
• Experience fitting, replacing and repairing tyres on cars and vans.
• Good knowledge of tyre safety, inspections and puncture repairs.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your daily workload.
• A professional, reliable and organised approach to work.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Previous experience dealing with commercial and private customers would be advantageous.
