We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and well-established automotive company seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their team covering the Bishops Stortford area. This position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive technicians to work in a varied environment, servicing and repairing vehicles at customers’ locations.

- Competitive basic salary from £40,170 up to £52,000 OTE

- Conduct servicing, general maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on customer vehicles at their premises or workplaces
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support during onsite visits
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards
- Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, using diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings effectively
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, promoting excellent service standards
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
- Stay updated with technical advancements and training provided by the employer
- NVQ Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in vehicle servicing and repairs
- Full UK driving licence
- Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
- Electrical and diagnostic experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to service vehicles across the Bishops Stortford area
