Our client is seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their team, delivering first-class servicing and repairs directly at customer premises. Duties as a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct scheduled servicing and maintenance at customer locations
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in line with manufacturer standards
  • Carry out warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of commercial vehicle fleets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a professional ambassador for the business
  • Identify opportunities to expand local customer base through excellent service and networking
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and manufacturer procedures at all times
  • Manage workload independently, with a focus on timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Prior experience working on commercial vehicles within a workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Professional demeanour with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
