Duties involved as a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing, and repairs on various vehicles to ensure safety and performance
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with precision, providing effective solutions
  • Perform roadside and on-site repairs to minimise vehicle downtime
  • Carry out routine inspections, fluid checks, and part replacements
  • Provide technical advice to customers, explaining repair options clearly and professionally
  • Schedule maintenance visits and update customers on progress
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions
  • Adhere strictly to safety and environmental standards in all mobile repair activities
Individual Criteria for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:
  • Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
  • Experience in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
  • Electric vehicle qualifications are advantageous
  • Proficient in preventative maintenance and scheduled service tasks
  • Comfortable working independently across diverse locations within Bromley and nearby areas
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service ethos
  • Full UK driving licence and valid insurance for mobile service van
  • Reside within or near Bromley and willing to travel across the designated area
