We are representing a leading UK car dealer group in their search for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their team in Bristol and the surrounding region. The Mobile Vehicle Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs at various customer locations across Bristol, Swindon, and nearby areas.

Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs to the highest standards at various customer sites
  • Use diagnostic equipment efficiently to identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
  • Travel across Bristol, Swindon, and surrounding areas in the fully equipped company van
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication at all times
  • Manage your workload independently, demonstrating attention to detail and effective time management
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
  • Hold a recognised qualification at IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Several years’ practical experience in vehicle servicing and repair, ideally within a mobile environment
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of six months with fewer than nine penalty points
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
  • Customer-facing skills with a professional approach
  • Attention to detail and technical proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and repairs
