Montessori Teacher – Enfield

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Montessori Teacher to join a well-established Montessori nursery in Enfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Early Years professional with Montessori experience who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children's development in a nurturing, child-centred environment. The nursery provides a warm and stimulating setting where children are encouraged to develop their independence, confidence, and curiosity.
You will be:

Providing high-quality care and education in line with Montessori principles and the EYFS framework

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children's independence and development

Creating a calm, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment

Supporting children's individual learning needs and developmental progress

Building positive relationships with children and acting as a key person where required

Completing observations and assessments to monitor children's progress

Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children's development
-
Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining high standards of care

Contributing positively to the wider nursery team and day-to-day running of the setting
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working within a Montessori or Early Years setting. Montessori experience is essential, with a strong understanding of child development, EYFS, safeguarding, and child-centred practice. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills are also required.
