Experience

• Previous experience working within the financial services sector, particularly in mortgage or insurance advice

• Basic math skills for calculating loan options, interest rates, and affordability assessments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of industry compliance standards and best practices in financial advising
