Duties of an MOT Technician:
  • Perform MOT tests in compliance with legal requirements
  • Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all work carried out
  • Offer technical advice and excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of quality workmanship at all times
Requirements of an MOT Technician:
  • Valid MOT Tester certification with proven experience conducting MOT tests
  • Appropriate technical qualification as a Technician or Mechanic
  • Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
