We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run garage group in Guildford, seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to join a reputable business in a supportive environment.

Duties:
  • Conducting Class 4 MOT tests efficiently and accurately as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
  • Performing vehicle diagnostics and mechanical repairs in the role of Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
  • Providing excellent customer service and vehicle advice
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate service records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an MOT Tester and vehicle technician suitable for the role of Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
  • Valid MOT Tester licence for Class 4 vehicles
  • Strong mechanical repair skills relevant to a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
  • Knowledge of fault diagnosis and vehicle systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
