We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of MOT Technician in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced MOT Technician to join a reputable garage with multiple locations across the country.   • On-target earnings (OTE) approximately £38,000
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Duties of the MOT Technician:
  • Carrying out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations and requirements
  • Performing repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and test documentation accurately
  • Providing high-quality vehicle servicing and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Maintaining high safety and quality standards within the workshop
Requirements MOT Technician:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
  • Valid MOT Testing Licence
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High attention to detail and dedication to quality standards
  • Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
