We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join our professional and well-equipped dealership in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to develop their technical career within a supportive workshop environment.

Duties:
  • Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards and company procedures
  • Complete accurate inspection reports and maintain excellent compliance standards
  • Identify and report vehicle faults clearly and professionally
  • Work closely with the workshop team to support an efficient service operation
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Use specialist equipment and the latest vehicle diagnostic technology
  • Uphold consistently high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service
  • Support the dealership’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction as an MOT Tester
Requirements:
  • Recognised Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Current MOT Tester qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
  • Professional approach to vehicle safety and quality standards
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes within a busy workshop
  • Commitment to ongoing technical development
  • Previous experience as an MOT Tester within a dealership or independent garage is desirable
