Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, Gloucester, GL1

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are working with a reputable medium sized dealership group with sites across the region. Due to growth, they seek a number of Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics to join their busy team in Gloucester (GL1)

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic package:

• Excellent basic salary of between £32-38,000 per annum (DOE)
• Fantastic and very achievable bonus of £6,000 per annum (paid monthly)

• Monday to Friday 0830-1700 with 1 in 3 Saturdays

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road
• Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes
• Working to brand and safety standards at all times
• Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems
• Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training

Experience required:

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
• Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
