The Role

We're looking for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join a busy dealership in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join an established team, put your diagnostic skills to use and benefit from a competitive earning package, including a £1,500 sign-on bonus.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle faults, carrying out repairs and maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently. You'll use your technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately and help maintain high workshop standards.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician within the automotive industry.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Confident using diagnostic equipment and technical information.
• Experience carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What's On Offer

• £48,000 OTE.
• £1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in stages:
• £750 upon joining.
• £250 once accredited.
• £500 after 12 months of employment.
