Job Overview

We are BX2 Ltd are recruiting A Moulder Operator to support our client’s busy distribution site in Bradford. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing moulding machines, ensuring the production of top-notch products that meet our quality standards. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate moulding machines according to product specifications and production schedules.
• Load raw materials into moulds, secure moulds in the machines, and start the moulding process
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality and avoid defects
• Perform regular inspections of moulds and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Trim, finish, and inspect moulded products to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing enviornment is a plus but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
• Good physical stamina to handle the demands of operating machinery and handling products.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Hours of Work

48 hours over 4 days/ nights (Monday to Thursday)

12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM / 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, day shift for training then once trained it would be permanent night shift

Due to the nature of the hours, own transport is preferred.
