Freightserve are looking to recruit a Move Manager for a niche sector Freight company.The role is working within Fine Arts and Antique shipments. The company is based in the Perivale area
About the Role:-
The company specialise in the safe handling, transportation, and installation of priceless artworks.
Duties:-
- Overseeing global exports to various worldwide destinations
- Shipping various Fine Arts and Antiques by Sea, Air and Roadfreight
- Start to finish position
- Being the main client contact for all shipments
- Dealing with Key Accounts
- Being main contact throughout the Shipping process.
- Maintained all client records (updating inhouse system)
- Dealing with Transporters, Shipping Lines and Airlines
- Handling all Shipping documentation
- Dealing with invoicing
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Required experience:-
- Art Handling Experience Desirable
- Knowledge of Shipping processes
