Interaction  are currently recruiting for a multi drop Van Driver to join our well-established client based in St albans.

Shifts

   Monday-Friday
  • Start times 07:00

Rates of Pay: £13.44 / Guaranteed 8 hours per day

Day-to-Day Duties

• Driving: Safely operate company vans on designated waste and recycling collection routes.

• Loading: Collect, load, and empty commercial waste bins and containers.

• Vehicle Checks: Complete daily walk-around checks and report any vehicle defects.

• Technology: Use mobile devices and in-cab tech to update route and collection

Essential Skills

  • Valid UK Category B driving licence
  • Minimum 12 month's experience driving Category B vehicles
  • No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only)
  • Good knowledge of the UK road network
  • Ability to speak and read a good level of English
  • Excellent punctuality and time-keeping
  • Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations
  • Effective communication skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience driving commercial vehicles
  • Previous multi-drop delivery experience
