Hours - Monday to Friday from 0600hrs

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Drop Drivers to join a busy and established operation in Wellingborough.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused driver looking for a  permanent  role.

You'll be responsible for delivering products to customers across a designated area, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard of customer service.

THE ROLE
  • Monday to Friday, 06:00 start until finish.
  • Carry out multiple deliveries throughout the working day.
  • Load and secure goods safely before setting out.
  • Complete delivery schedules efficiently and within required timescales.
  • Deliver goods safely to customers and obtain relevant delivery confirmation.
  • Build and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
  • Complete all required delivery paperwork and/or electronic records accurately.
  • Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects or issues promptly.
  • Ensure goods are handled carefully throughout the delivery process.
  • Liaise with the transport and warehouse teams regarding deliveries, delays or issues.
  • Follow all company procedures, driving regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally while out on the road.
ABOUT YOU

We're looking for reliable, professional drivers who are comfortable working independently and managing a busy multi-drop route.

You'll need:
  • Previous multi-drop delivery experience.
  • A good knowledge of UK roads and route planning.
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to work to delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • A responsible approach to vehicle and goods handling.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
Previous experience delivering to trade customers, businesses or similar environments would be advantageous, and a valid CPC would be beneficial.
