A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer in Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both mechanical and electrical building services, helping to maintain the safe and efficient operation of a high-profile commercial site.

The Role As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and electrical building services equipment.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain HVAC equipment including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, motors and ventilation systems.
  • Service and repair heating, hot water and chilled water systems.
  • Inspect, maintain and repair plumbing systems including pipework, valves, pumps and sanitary fittings.
  • Maintain and repair low-voltage (LV) electrical distribution systems, lighting, power supplies and control panels.
  • Carry out electrical fault finding using testing equipment and electrical schematics.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with statutory compliance and company procedures.
You To be successful in the role of Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll bring:
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • AM2 qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience in both mechanical and electrical building maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across building services systems.
  • Experience maintaining HVAC and electrical distribution equipment.
  • A proactive approach to maintenance, problem-solving and health and safety.
