Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join the engineering team at a large commercial building in Birmingham.
This is a varied building services role covering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical systems.
The Role
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
- Work on AHUs, FCUs, BMS and chillers
- Complete general electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Carry out basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day building services issues
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- 18th Edition Electrical Certification
- Strong building services maintenance experience
- Experience with AHUs, FCUs, BMS and chillers
- Basic plumbing maintenance experience
- Electrical apprenticeship desirable
Hours
Rotating shifts:
- 06:30 - 15:00
- 09:00 - 17:30
30-minute unpaid lunch.
Package
- Salary up to £40,000
- £200 callout payment for the week
- Callout rota of 1 in 4
- Permanent position within an established FM contract
